These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of learn.leader-momentum.com and the digital courses offered there (the “Services”), provided by Leader Momentum LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Leader Momentum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Your account

To access a course you purchase, you create an account with your email and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your account is for your personal use and may not be shared.

Your license to use the courses

When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view that course for your own individual learning. This license is for you alone. You may not share, resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, copy, download for redistribution, or provide access to the course or its materials to any other person or organization. All courses and materials are our intellectual property and are protected by law.

Purchases, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already made.

Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our courses are digital products delivered instantly and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review the course description before you buy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not: attempt to download, copy, scrape, or redistribute course content; reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site; share your account or course access with others; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within the courses — including videos, text, graphics, interactive materials, and the Leader Momentum name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants access, not ownership.

Educational purpose & disclaimers

Our courses are provided for educational and professional-development purposes. They are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or performance improvement from taking a course.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leader Momentum LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms — for example, by sharing or redistributing course content. If we terminate your access for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
